Membership & Pricing

What membership options do you offer?

We offer flexible membership plans to fit your lifestyle:

  • Monthly Unlimited: Full access to all facilities and basic group classes
  • Class Packages: 5, 10, or 20 class bundles with flexible scheduling
  • Personal Training Bundles: One-on-one sessions with certified trainers
  • Premium Membership: Includes unlimited classes, guest passes, and priority booking

All memberships include complimentary fitness assessments, locker room access, and member discounts on retail products.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes, we believe in flexible fitness. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year with 7 days advance notice. This is perfect for vacations, injuries, or busy seasons.

For cancellations, we require 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Simply contact our front desk or submit a request through your member portal.

Do you offer trial memberships or day passes?

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary 3-day trial pass for first-time visitors. This gives you full access to our facilities, equipment, and select group classes.

We also offer day passes for $25, which is perfect if you're visiting from out of town or want to try us out before committing to a membership. Current members can purchase guest passes for friends and family.

Classes & Training

Do I need experience to join classes?

Not at all! Iron & Grace Fitness welcomes members of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes.

Our certified instructors provide modifications for every exercise, ensuring each class is accessible yet challenging for everyone. We also offer beginner-specific classes and foundations workshops to help you build confidence.

New members receive a complimentary orientation session where we'll show you around, demonstrate equipment, and help you find the right classes for your goals.

How do I reserve a spot in a class?

Booking is easy! You can reserve your spot through:

  • Member Portal: Log in to your account on our website
  • Mobile App: Download our free app for iOS or Android
  • Front Desk: Call or visit us in person

We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for popular classes. You can cancel up to 4 hours before class starts without penalty.

What should I bring to my first class?

Come prepared with:

  • Comfortable workout clothing and proper athletic shoes
  • Water bottle (we have filling stations throughout the facility)
  • Towel (we also provide these at the front desk)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to challenge yourself!

We provide all necessary equipment including mats, weights, resistance bands, and more. Lockers are available for storing personal items during your workout.

Facilities & Hours

What are your operating hours?

Our staffed hours are:

  • Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Holidays: Limited hours (check our schedule)

Premium members with 24/7 access can use the facility anytime using their secure key card. The facility is monitored by security cameras for your safety.

What amenities and equipment do you have?

Iron & Grace Fitness features state-of-the-art facilities including:

  • Full range of cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, rowers, ellipticals)
  • Complete free weight section with dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells
